Annual Community Meeting

We will be having our annual community HOA meeting on Thursday, September 22nd at 7:00 pm.  It will be located at the Legacy Center in the conference room by the front desk.  We invite all HOA members to attend and participate in our meeting.  A brief agenda of that night is as follows:

• 2100 North Project Team will be delivering a short presentation and answering questions.
• Safe and Smarter Utah will be presenting a short presentation on how to keep our neighborhood safe.
• We will be nominating and electing 3 new board members.
• We will be discussing the revised rental amendment.
• We will be reviewing our finances.
• We will be available to answer any questions.
