ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES

Oct 15, 2018 8 pm

Discussion Items:

1. Welcome: We had a quorum present

2. Presentation of Finances: We are doing well. Dues should stay the same. We have additional income from reinvestment fees and the Comcast® easement that really helps. The garbage dumpster and community dinners are being well liked and utilized.

3. Question and Answers

a. We will look into changing rules and regs and HOA documents to help with rentals.

4. Election of New Board Members: New board members are Steve Smith, Travis Price and Melanie Griffiths.

Pointe Meadows Home Owners Annual Meeting October 15, 2018 - 8 P.M.

The annual Pointe Meadows Home Owners Association will be held at 8:00 P.M. on October 15, 2018.

The meeting will be held at the Parker Brown offices at 187 West Main, Lehi, UT.

Notification was sent out by email and includes a proxy voting form for those who are not able to attend.

Items to be covered include budget review and finances as well as voting for board members.

Please note that this meeting is traditionally not of long duration.
