Items:

Welcome: We had a quorum present
2.
Presentation of Finances: We are doing well. Dues should stay the
same. We have additional income from reinvestment fees and the
Comcast®
easement that really helps. The garbage dumpster and community
dinners are being well liked and utilized.
3.
Question and Answers
a.
We will look into changing rules and regs and HOA documents to help
with rentals.
4.
Election of New Board Members: New board members are Steve Smith,
Travis Price and Melanie Griffiths.
