Road Resurfacing Update

Geneva Rock will be both patching and resurfacing Pointe Meadow Loop starting the morning of Wednesday, May 27th. Lehi City's street superintendent has asked that those living on Pointe Meadow Loop please remove their cars from the street as this will greatly aid Geneva Rock in the process.

Lehi City has contracted Geneva Rock to resurface Pointe Meadow Loop first as it is in the worst shape. The other streets in our neighborhood will likely be repaired later in the summer. However, please note that we do not yet have a commitment from the city as to when or to what extent the other roads will be repaired. The city's current plan is to do patchwork on the other streets this summer. Once completed, the patchwork would leave the roads very smooth and the manholes would no longer be sunken in. Then at a later date (likely summer of 2010), the city would come out to resurface the roads. The resurfacing acts as a coat of paint which covers the patchwork so that the roads look nice and consistent in color. These plans, however, are not yet confirmed. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
