As previously announced, we will be holding our third semi-annual community HOA meeting on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the Cranberry Farms Clubhouse (2451 West 2400 North) beginning at 7:00 p.m. We encourage all homeowners to come and participate in the meeting. The following is a brief outline of the planned agenda:
- Report on 2010 YTD budget (incomes and expenses)
- Open forum to discuss the revised renter amendment (no voting to take place)
- Meet our property manager Kim Patterson of Park Brown Real Estate
- General Q&A session
