We will be holding our fourth semi-annual community HOA meeting on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Lehi Legacy Center (123 North Center Street) beginning at 7:00 p.m. We encourage all homeowners to come and participate in the meeting. The following is a brief outline of the planned agenda:
- Report on 2010 YTD budget (incomes and expenses)
- Reassessment of HOA dues for 2011
- Elections to fill three board member positions (send nominations to pmchoa@gmail.com)
- General Q&A session
Since we will be holding elections during the meeting, it is important that all who are able to attend do so. If you will be unable to attend, you may opt to fill out a proxy voter form authorizing a person of your choosing to cast a vote in your place for three board members to be elected during the meeting.
