Homeowners from the Pointe Meadows neighborhood met on Thursday, October 7, 2010 for our fourth semi-annual community HOA meeting. There were approximately 30 people in attendance.
The 2010 YTD budget update was presented during the meeting.

Annual dues will remain at $60 for next year.
An election was held in which the homeowners elected Sarah Norton, Wes Ward, Crystal Ellis and Tom Bench to fill a vacancies on the HOA board. Crystal will fill the remainder of the term which was vacated by Mindy McKnight and terminates in September 2011.
City Councilman Mark Johnson also attended the meeting and presented updates on projects which impact our neighborhood, including:

- 2300 West
- 2100 North
- New grocery store near our neighborhood
- New businesses coming to Lehi - Adobe, high end outlets
- Library extension - hope to re-open after 2100 N is completed
