Pointe Meadow Annual Meeting Minutes

September 29, 2015 6 pm

1. Welcome – Quorum established
2. Presentation of finances – we are putting money into reserves. Things are looking good. Delinquent accounts are being sent to collections.
3. Dead Trees – the trees to the west of Pointe Meadow Loop are owned by the town homes, not our HOA. We are contacting their board members to see if they will remove or replace them.
4. Questions and answers –
   1. Trees – The HOA will get bids for an arborist to tell us why several of our trees have died.
   2. Dumpster – We received a lot of good feedback about the dumpster in the spring. We will incorporate that into next years budget and also do it again this fall.
   3. Short term rentals – the board will conduct a survey and ask homeowners for feedback on changing the CCRs to disallow short term rentals.
5. Election of new board members – Melanie Carey, Travis Mecham and Bob Jones were elected to two-year terms.
