Welcome: Quorum established

Presentation of Finances: 2017 has been a good year. We have stayed
within budget and we also are now receiving income from Comcast with
the easement agreement that Parker Brown was willing to work out for
the HOA. 2018 Budget approved

Question and Answers:
Trees:
Kim will have the landscaper cut out the tree rings and add more bark.
She will get bids on cement curbing for the tree rings
Dead
trees: Kim will have landscaper replace dead or missing trees.

Election of New Board Members:
Bob
Jones and Melanie Carey were elected unanimously to 2 year positions.
