Please be reminded that HOA dues for 2009 are $60 and due tomorrow, March 1st. However, we have added a two-week grace period during which dues can be paid without being charged a late fee. Homeowners whose dues have not been received by March 15th will be assessed a $10 late fee.
As a reminder, dues can be paid online by clicking the "Pay Now" link located on the sidebar to the right-hand side of this blog (a $3 fee applies). Alternatively, you can avoid PayPal’s transaction fee by either mailing or hand-delivering a check to an HOA board member. We cannot accept cash payments.
